"This resort had clean spaces and rooms. Food was excellent and they were very conscious of our food allergies - gluten and dairy. Massage was good but expensive for the area. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good. Could walk some places. My only issue was some of the deferred maintenance in the room. Toilet kept clogging, one of the sink spouts was detaching and the shower water pressure wasn't great. Overall a good stay and would choose again. "

"I have stayed there previously a few years ago and really enjoyed myself. The pool and surrounds were particularly restful unfortunately the size of the pool and surrounds has been reduced.... progress. But all other aspects were great"

"A couple of things I would like to give feedback on now that I was a guest at your hotel three weeks. The service was very good and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were always ready to help and friendly. The pool and its garden were really relaxing and beautiful. A nearby construction site brought stress with its loud noises early in the morning. When I left, I ordered a wake-up call (3am) and a taxi. I went to the reception the night before to order this separately. The wake-up call never came and a taxi was never ordered.I need to order a taxi again in the morning. The internet in room was really bad and I have to get a separate internet for this."
