"Hotel water system link to my room was disrupted and no water to the toilet from 5am till noon.We have to use the gym or hotel other common toilet to do morning business and bath😲.The hotel could do was one apologised letter and one extra complement breakfast after such a morning hustle and frustration for my wife and I and also late for my morning meeting!!"
