"When we arrived at 9 am it took about 10 minutes to gain entry as the door now has a secure lock & reception is not manned 24/7 .However we were given a WhatsApp contact on entry / door code & any requests/information answered quickly & always extremely helpful including taxi to the airport .There was no welcome drink but water in the room first day.Clean comfortable quiet room in good location "

"The staff were very helpful getting an airport taxi but reception was infrequent manned& communication was via WhatsApp.I have stayed at this property 8 times in the last 10 years & it’s now being run on skeleton staff which is inadequate.the room was only cleaned when asked so I had to buy toilet rolls & water&.cleaning was below my standards.Sadly I won’t rebook there again "
