"I recently returned from an extended business trip to Malaysia and Jakarta. The hotel I stayed at in Jakarta is ideal for anyone attending the Jakarta International Expo, as it's just a 12-minute taxi ride away, with fares costing around $4 per trip. While the area around the hotel is a bit rundown, with heavy traffic and cleanliness issues, the hotel itself is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities. The convenience of having on-site restaurants and a large swimming pool made the stay very comfortable. One standout moment was on my last day when I needed to get to the airport. I didn’t have any cash and was unable to use the local taxi app, but the receptionist, Syif A., along with her manager Reza, went above and beyond to help me. They managed to find a taxi that accepted card payments, which is uncommon, and ensured my journey to the airport was smooth and stress-free. I greatly appreciated their assistance."
