"Overall, Palacio Duhau is a beautiful, luxurious place. Their spa is excellent, with a 25-metre pool and great massage therapists. The only downside is the service. The main breakfast restaurant is great, with one hostess serving very quickly, with the right attitude and attention. However, the staff in the Piano Bar are plentiful but disorganised; once we waited 20 minutes for our coffee. The last disappointment was waiting 25 minutes for our bags to be brought from the room after checkout. It really depends on the person if you are cared or ignored in many situations. "

We got wrong information at check in about breakfast not being included in the rate (it was), no information about a room change (when inquired were informed it was due to an upgrade to the palace, but our given room was facing the Main Street and quiete noisy). Elevator was not working properly and we got no down service in one night, when we called reception to ask for water since we did not get it and needed to go down to get it, since it wasn’t brought to our room. "
