"The staff were very friendly and helpful and it's a great location with lots going on nearby. The room service option was a lifesaver when I was extremely hungover and all the food was delicious. I got a massage along with a foam wash and it was very enjoyable. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly. In terms of the bad: there was some water damage to the ceiling of my room and the air conditioning was patchy at best. Despite booking two identical rooms, one was noticeably smaller than the other. On our final day there was no water so I could not take a shower before leaving for the airport. Also, if you're coming for the pool, go somewhere else. The pool is tiny. Overall, I'd stay here again if I got a good deal but at full price you might be able to find somewhere with better facilities."
