"The hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the public areas. The small courtyard pool is surrounded by colorful flowers. The only downside: my airport pickup did not arrive. Had to call and wait a while late at night,"

"The room was super clean and fresh scented, and the personnel were helpful and kind. The location is also excellent. The bedroom had everything we could need including bottled water. One thing we didn’t like was the loud music by the pool starting at 8 am and until past 11 in the evening. Also, we could hear a kid crying full night in the next room. I understand not much can be done about the kid crying, but I am surprised that the neighbours and other hotel guests would not complain about the music. The area is pretty residential so really unexpected. I asked the reception to turn it off by 11 pm and they did but I wonder what about the morning—I am a morning person so not an issue for me but maybe for other people?"

"We took a trip in the middle of our stay and they keep the luggage we did not need and brought it to our room when we returned. The staff is great. Most of them speak English. They are extremely helpful. Our room included a kitchen and it made it really convenient to make our own food and have space to work and relax. "

"Great location , cute rooms, each with a different decor, great service and excellent food . I have been here several times and it is my preferred place to stay in Lima for short or long stays."
