"pretty view, nice and safe"
"The property itself is wonderful but does require a little more upkeep in some areas. Some of the cobblestones are a bit wobbly and at night it’s easy to misstep. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful at all times. A few suggestions would be to have someone working the pool bar, especially when there are people at the pool. Or to have them checking the pool area throughout the day. Also, the ability to get picked up from other piers, especially after the hop on/hop off boats close, would be an asset. We missed the 7:15 boat from IconSiam and had to take an overpriced cab back to N13 only to find it locked up. Slipped through SheepShank to get to the pier. All that said, we’d definitely return. "
"Fantastic "
"Beautiful hotel right on the river but is a calm oasis. Novel boat access to the hotel. Staff are all very good. Breakfasts were very nice in a lovely old dining room"
"The Praya Palazzo is right beside the bustling Chao Phraya River, with all its boat traffic, yet remains quiet and secluded, with a wonderful tropical garden and lovely pool. Central Bangkok can overwhelm with it's dense crowds, hectic traffic, and tiny alleys, but the Praya Palazzo's private water taxi over the river whisks you away from all that to a stately and secluded refuge. A great place to recharge for further adventures "
"Outstanding service. Staff was very attentive. Meals were 5 star. Property is quite, on the river."
"Very different from the typical luxury hotel experience "
"On the riverside "
"We enjoyed our stayed at this amazing historic hotel. Very quiet! Staff was super friendly and helpful providing wonderful services. "
"I’ve stayed here twice: once recently and once ten years ago. This hidden gem is a quiet respite and is welcoming and inviting. The staff makes the stay feel like coming home. I’m always a little sad to go home. "
