"Decent hotel in the heart of Jakarta. The bathroom was a little dated but the breakfast and dining options were fantastic. I have never been to a breakfast that required a map to navigate!"

"Friendly service, clean room and great food! The room and bathroom are tiny so I don’t recommend staying in this hotel for more than 2 days! Everything is outdated. I don’t like the security of the hotel compound. It seems like pedestrians use the hotel area to cut through to go the back street. "

"Hotel toilet have piping back flow smells. Also the hotel offer very low grade towels. The towel are greyish colour and smell damp and mouldy. Please take note and upgrade. Thanks."

"Great location. However the exit for cars arent that clear during dawn, we had to circle several times and still couldn’t find the exit till we intentionally drove the wrong way just to ask where was the exit. "

"The room is too small for a five star hotel.. The Aircon is not strong , although already adjusted the temperature and fan level. The condition of this hotel is rather too old fashion and already fall back into 80s. TV channels and entertainment are not ip to date, No Netflix, No smart TVs, No USB charging points, Still the old type of 2 pins plugs for charging handphone and electronic devices. Bad experience, its time for Pullman Jakarta Thamrin to go for an upgrade of systems and entertainment. "
