"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is great and it’s clean. The staff is not very friendly! They seemed to be bothered when asking them questions. They made me feel like I was asking something that I should known. Overall I like the stay. I asked for ice and they seemed like they didn’t want to provide me with it. I asked the receptionist if I could have ice and she said I had to wait for the bellboy to arrive. "
