Breakfast was excellent, with several items to choose from. Very central in the old quarter, where you have everything within walking distance: Sights, shopping and good eats. All in all not a bad little hotel for the price. We came back after a trip to Ha Long Bay two days later and they had upgraded us to a bigger room. What's not to like:)"

"I am sorry my review was so late. I stayed there almost a year ago, but I still remember having a great time. The room interior was very pretty with flower assortment. The furniture was antique. The welcome snack and Lotus tea were so good. The breakfast Vietnamese buffet was very delicious. The lady at the front door was amazingly attentive. She helped me find a taxi company no to be overcharged. I definitely want to go back when visiting Vietnam. Thank you so much."

"Staff was wonderful. Before I arrived, they were very responsive to my emails. Breakfast was great! Room was small and cozy. My only complaint was the room had an unpleasant odor, but they would spray each time I requested. I think if they changed the filters in the air conditioner the smell would probably go away. I would definitely stay there again!"
