"Had a lovely stay. The hotel and hotels.com were wonderful helping me change and refund a none refundable booking. As always, the staff is very friendly and gives high level of customer service. I stayed in both buildings, A and B. From building A you have great views of the lake and skyline of Bangkok, but if you are sound sensitive, opt for B. Bangkok is a lively city with lots of noice. Wi-fi was very good, had digital meetings and streamed a few tv-shows. Without any lagging. Used the small gym and was sufficient for me. They have a ping-pong table as well. The pool size vice is good but shallow. The hotel start to show some wear and tear. If I have to complain of something, it will be the breakfast buffe. The option in Coffee club is better if you prefer an English like breakfast. There also is a convenient store in the hotel. Easy access to shopping and rail systems. I use the app GRAB or Bolt for taxi rides. If you are daring take a backseat of a scooter. Pick-up point outside the hotel. Best with the hotel is the friendly staff"
