Walkable to everything in playa the location was excellent. Loved our room and that we could cook breakfast there. Would recommended and stay again any time"

"The pool and view of the roof top, the location, and the rooms were amazing! However the service is horrible. The rooftop bar has a selection of over priced, mediocre food and they charge for any add ons like ice, cups and water. They claim that the rooftop bar is independent from the rest of the hotel. We had problems with towel service, we would ask the front desk for fresh beach and shower towels and after hours and going back multiple times we wouldn’t get them. So if you dont plan on using their pool bar or their towels, its a great place to stay!"
