"I booked this hotel thinking it is a 4 stars hotel, but it was not. The room was dusty, AC did not work, safe was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and wash table. In addition, we were not informed of the construction that is being done outside the hotel. Therefore, we had to drag our bags, and no one helped us to take the bags upstairs. Guests were too noisy and no one asked me to respect others' requirement to have a peaceful breakfast. I decided to checkout two nights after (original booked for 4 nights) and sadly I forgot my Airpods Pro in the room. I called the hotel and I informed them that I forgot the airpods in the room and they should call me if they find it or not. That did not happen, The lady responded "ok ok" and hung up right away. This was the worst experience I had in istanbul and never again. Shame to call yourself 4 stars hotel."
