"This time, my senior and I went on a 5-night, 6-day trip. It was difficult to understand at first as the hotels of the same group were lined up next to each other, but once you got used to it, there was no problem. I took the 86 bus from the airport and got off in front of the Melia Hotel, and it was a very convenient location, within walking distance, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were also very kind and friendly. They call out to us as we pass by the front desk. The breakfast was also abundant and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi."

"The room we stayed in was quite dated. There was only one pillow allocated per person in the room where they should at least have two pillows per person. The room was fairly clean, but we didn’t feel comfortable because of how dated the room was. The staff at reception when we checked in was very good, friendly and willing to help. The restaurant staff was a bit unfriendly, but not a big deal. Food was average. Location was down a side street so it was quiet. Overall, this hotel is ok for someone who is passing through for one night or two on a low to mid range budget, but for the price you are likely to find better choices in the area with more comfortable rooms."
