"Conveniently located in the new area of PIK, North Jakarta and linked a nice mall. Attentive and friendly staff who aim to please the client. Pool and gym are clean and well-attended. We had room service for a late dinner (Soto Ayam), food delivered promptly and tasted good. Great introduction to Jakarta after a long flight. Thanks Swissotel!"
