The Jayakarta Jakarta

"Alot of satisfaction has to do with expectations, and what you are looking for. Jayakarta staff are great, helpful, polite etc. Restaurant is not fancy or large, but food is always good if you are fine with Asian style foods. Complimentary breakfast is excellent and varied choices. Some rooms need significant improvement, especially bathrooms which are small and sometimes not very clean. They will move you on request with no hassles. Well located, transportation not provided by hotel but readily available. Sometimes noisy guests are not handled quickly, but out of 4 stays, only one problem like that. I will continue to use them."

"The treadmill in the exercise rooms are not working. I understand they have not been working for months. How hard is it to get it repaired."

"This hotel offers a very good service, for example you can order lunch or dinner to your room. There's also a minibar, and of course an air condition, but I didn't need to use the AC during the stay, the room didn't become warm. In the details you can see that the hotel is not very new, in the bathroom was a tile lost, and the water in the toilet was a bit too much. But at all I can recommend this hotel."
