"Ritz Carlton has the best trained staff, I think the staff at Fukuoka went above and beyond the Ritz standard. A very pleasant young man, Lennon, checked me in, efficient and friendly, a big friendly smile. A big shout out to "Yuki" San, the concierge, he was able to think outside of the request and gave different options to explore, without overwhelming the decision. A most pleasant stay, will come back for the staff. "
