"Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. I only wish the stay was longer. The next morning found me on my way after Brianca and her other colleagues got my account settled up and checked out. This would be a devine setting to stay at least a few days to relax and absorb the serenity."

"I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options. But needs more space if some groups attend the breakfast. Spa can be improved. Overall I recommend it and will book again if i visit Nepal in future."

"I will never stay at this property again. The floors in the rooms are very dirty. The Front Desk charged my card 3 weeks ago and I am still trying to get my money back on my AMX. The room was prepaid with Expedia and the hold funds went thru and was not refunded. I have been working with the FO MGR-Krishna Sapkota. I emailed the hotel again today and no response. I will have to dispute with AMX at this point. It should not take 3 weeks to get a charge reversed. The amount charged was $417.66 in US Dollars. I requested to speak to the GM of the hotel and Krishna said he would handle it."
