"As a Lima native, I had always wanted to stay at the Westin to see “what the fuzz was all about”. This was a short trip, so it was the perfect time to check it out. From the beginning, the service was fantastic. They were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed (a steamer for our dresses, a late check-out due to us going to the spa and needing extra time to shower afterwards, storing our bags) and I could tell that they acted the same way with every customer. While my wife and I are partial to an ocean view room in Miraflores, we will definitely stay at the Westin again if we have business around that area. "
