"This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it is a 3-star hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The first night the room and the pillows were smelling terrible. However, they changed the pillow covers for the second night which I actually could sleep. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel, I do not recommend this place."
"Well…where do we start! The hotel pool was situated in the middle of the breakfast room and was so cold you would need a wetsuit to swim in it. The staff in the Turkish spa in the basement sat smoking in front of customers and the no smoking sign. The facilities were tired and needed refreshing. Our first experience of breakfast was coming down after a coach load of people who had cleared out all the food and when we complained the staff shrugged and couldn’t care less. Breakfast was very limited options and amounts put out were frugal. "
