"Clean and calm location. In a gated community. You need a car to get there. We had a quiet stay with our family, exactly what we were looking for, out of the buzz from Tulum. Near some awesome cenotes. The appartement is well furnishwd and really, but really clean. Strongly recommended. "

"Overall, my stay was for 8 days and throughout those 8 days it was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The receptionist was kind and made you feel welcome. It is especially best at night because there isn't really any noise to bother anyone who's stays. I had always felt safe staying here, the doors were secure and needed codes to get into them. Overall 10/10 place to stay in whenever you're in Tulum."
