"I called to cancel my reservation due to a predicted tropical storm. The property had no record of a reservation for me. Viceroy proceeded to reach out to confirm my reservation through Expedia, and then cancel my reservation, only to claim half of my cost due to a cancellation/no show. I would highly recommend staying somewhere that has more values and ethics that to do business in this manner."
