"We loved how the front desk staff allowed us to store our luggage and use their facilities, like the pool and sauna, long before the 3pm standard check-in. They also allowed us to have the continental breakfast at the restaurant and check in just after 12 noon."

"Vila Gale Opera Hotel if you have any Summit at Lisbon Congress Centre, convenient 4 min walk, close to downtown or take tram to downtown, excellent for day/evening walk/run along Tagus River. Delicious buffet breakfast/dinner, I highly recommend this hotel! I will stay there if I am ever back to Lisbon!"
"The plastic bed protector and blood stained pillow case were aweful. The hotel stay would have been excellant if I could have slept. The plastic on the bed was loud when I moved around, the plastic was slick and sweaty. Even a layer of inexpensive fabric would make a huge difference. Blood stained pillow case is unforgivable. Sorry to say I won't be back."
