"Some employees need to be managed... especially the people in charge of dinner... During dinner, I heard the staff laughing among themselves, calling us Chinese... I was very offended and I don't think I'll ever make a reservation again... I can immediately see why there are no people having dinner at such a nice facility."

"Very good service, nice rooms, big pool. nice restaurants around. Only the hotel breakfast is not worth for the price they are asking. Breads / pastries are not fresh cheeses was rotten and dry. Fruit selection was good and fresh. The a larte ordered items like eggs and others was very good and well prepared but took long time to get. Anyway would highly recommend this hotel with out the breakfast. Only For this reason did’nt even try their dinner or lunch. "

"Almost everything about our stay was delightful. The property was beautifully appointed, with spacious and tastefully decorated common areas and a charming bedroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed the great pool. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower had disappointingly low water pressure, and the temperature was barely lukewarm. Additionally, the breakfast experience fell short of our expectations for a five-star hotel. The limited choices and stale croissants were underwhelming. Lastly, the designated smoking area's location in the distant car park felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, especially in a hotel of this caliber, where convenience should prevail over strict regulations."
