"Wapa Di Ume is a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. It feels very traditional and formal, in both look and service compared to some other places we stayed while in Bali. The staff is all very friendly and professional, and happy to help. The rooms are huge, and very minimally decorated, which is both practical and calming. The super-sized beds are super inviting. The spa was lovely, we booked a couples spa package that included a Balinese massage, body scrub, and flower bath overlooking the jungle and grounds - perhaps the highlight of our stay. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the floating breakfast was lovely in the infinity pool, which we had to ourselves."
