"The property is in a location within a walking distance from the airport which gives you a peace of mind as you approach your flight day. However, they are shutting down the A/C, and instead placing it in 'fan mode' to fake the patrons and customers that the AC is working. Not the first time but definitely a good pick during the winter."

"This hotel is 45 minute drive from the Ataturk airport where all the domestic and international flights arrive and leave from. It is close to the old airport that is only used now for cargo planes. But you cannot find this info anywhere on expedia, maybe due to the hotel itself giving them some fake info, because noone woukd stay there now, since they are not close to the active airport. When I was looking for a hotel close to the airport this was one of the first ones that expedia offered and I booked it and ended up having to take a taxi for 45 min back and forth since it was just for one night. I was trying to book something else while I was in a taxi with an expedia rep through the chat and he offered me the same hotel, so stuff there has no idea that it is actually on the other side of Istanbul completly. So if you need overnight accomodation look for something else or you will have a meltdown once you realise the taxi is taking you to the other side of the city. Also in some rooms smoking is allowed, so even the nonsmoking rooms still have a vague smell of cigarettes, which was annoying on top of everything else."
