"I was shocked with the facilities at this hotel as it does not feel like a 5 star experience at all. The location is good as it is easy to grab taxis and get around quickly but the rooms were not great. Shower is a little on the small side and the staff could have been abit friendlier to guests. Overall a poor 5star"
"The location of the hotel is in downtown, near a very nice shopping mall "The Gate Mall" and near a metro station. Also it is across the street from the Convention Center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even attended by the hotel manager. "
