"Eyub at the concierge desk was an incredible asset and a huge help to our stay. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Convenient walk to the Marmaray station for broader access, and plenty of good places to eat nearby. We will gladly stay here again when in Istanbul!"
