"The electricity was on and off on a generator for the duration of the trip. once during breakfast and the next 2/3 hours it tripped around 50/60 times. i think whilst we were in the hotel it tripped around 500 times. generator would remained on overnight and could be heard through out the night. Totally ruined our experience in Istanbul. other hotels in the area were not affected. we had 3 rooms in the end. I want some sort of refund. "

"All staff - especially Azad - were great. Breakfast was a great affair with one of the cooks making delicious filled flat bread in front of us each morning! Air conditioning worked - but had to call reception for them to turn it on centrally each time. "
